IT'S NOT JUST THE CARS, IT'S THE PEOPLE

We were rewarded with spectacular fall weather for our anniversary party. The turnout this year was 18% over last year. Our favorite caterer/restaurant, Bacio Mediterranean, provided an outstanding culinary experience and everyone loved the Greek, Italian and Lebanese influenced offering. Raif Antar, the restaurant owner, is a former region member.
The winery parking lot was once again a beautiful array of Porsches. I spoke with the vineyard owner who had hoped her husband had arranged for the cars to be on display for her to make selection as a birthday surprise. She was so thrilled to have our group that she said she would like to do more for us on our next visit.
